Refund policy

DELIVERY TIME

Orders will be delivered via a courier service. Our delivery times range from 7 to 10 business days.

During periods of high order volume or special promotions, delivery times may be slightly longer.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.

IMPORTANT: Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

You can:

Send the package using the courier of your choice (shipping costs borne by the customer), or
Return it to any of our VILAGALLO own stores

Please include the label and return form inside the package.

Once the package is received, we will process the refund.
Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank.

The return period is 30 days from receipt of the order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which must be sent under INCOTERM DDP.

Customs duties, taxes, and international charges (approx. 30%) are non-refundable for orders outside the European Union.

IMPORTANT: Neither the initial shipping costs nor customs charges from the original order will be refunded.

(Shipments to P.O. boxes are not accepted. If a package is held due to unpaid customs duties, it will be rejected and returned to the sender.)
